Work at a local participating employer 3 days a week developing an electrical, mechanical, and automation skill set.
Achieve competence in as few as 2000 hours on the job.
Education
Earn an Associate degree in Industrial Systems Technology at Randolph Community College in 2 years attending classes 2 days a week.
Progressive Wage Scale
Starting pay begins at $17 an hour (or more depending on employer) and progressively increases throughout the apprenticeship program.
